Do I need to create an account or log in?
No. You don't need to create any account or log in to use AasPas Downloader. Simply paste the Instagram link and click download. We never ask for your Instagram credentials.
How do I download an Instagram Reel?
Open Instagram, find the Reel you want to download, tap the three-dot menu (⋯) and select 'Copy Link'. Then paste that link into the AasPas Downloader input box and click Download.
Can I download private Instagram videos?
No. Private Instagram posts are protected by Instagram's privacy settings. AasPas Downloader can only access publicly available content. We respect user privacy and Instagram's terms.
Is it safe to use AasPas Downloader?
Absolutely. We never ask for your Instagram password or personal information. Our server only extracts the direct CDN link from Instagram — the video downloads straight from Instagram's servers to your device.
What video quality will I get?
You get the highest quality available for that post — exactly as it was uploaded to Instagram. We don't compress or re-encode any videos.
Why is my download not working?
This can happen if: (1) The post is private, (2) The Instagram link is incorrect, (3) Instagram temporarily blocked the request. Try again after a few minutes or check that the post is public.
Can I download Instagram Stories?
Instagram Stories support is coming soon. Currently we support Reels, Videos, and Photos from public posts.
Does AasPas store my downloaded videos?
No. We use a zero-storage architecture. Our server only extracts the direct CDN URL from Instagram and passes it to your browser. The actual video file never touches our servers.
How many videos can I download per day?
There is a fair-use rate limit to prevent abuse, but for normal personal use you will never hit it. You can download as many videos as you need.
Is this legal?
Downloading publicly available content for personal use is generally accepted. However, you should not re-upload, redistribute, or use downloaded content commercially without the original creator's permission. Always respect copyright.
